A Child's Recovery

I got an unexpected phone call from my daughter's preschool teacher.  Being that this is her second week at her new school, I braced myself for what was to come.  Would it be behavior issues?  Would it be an injury?  Thank goodness it was neither.  The problem was that she was running a fever and hadn't been at 100% all morning.  They were just getting ready for nap time, so I took advantage of a couple hours of work before heading over to get her.

This excitement comes from the ever emerging changes that happen in life.  My daughter is a few months away from her 5th birthday.  Now that she's grown out of the toddler phase of life and is a big pre-schooler girl, the time has come for her to have a big girl bedroom!
